What we collect
Only what you send us through the project form or by email: your name, email address and, if you choose to add them, your company, website, the description of your project, the options you selected and your investment range.
Why we use it
To read your request, reply to you and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in conversation and up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless we start working together. In that case, project records are kept as long as the law requires.
Who else sees it
No one we sell to or share with for marketing. Your message passes through our hosting and email providers, who process it only to deliver it to us.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies and no third-party trackers. Your browser remembers only your language, your day/night and sound preferences and, for the length of your visit, your conversation with I.C.O.N. — locally, on your device. None of it is sent to us.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to us at the address above. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
